The best buying signals are already public — building permits, federal trucking authorities, state license rosters, and city code-violation cases. They’re just scattered across dozens of portals nobody has time to check.
Lead Central pulls those public records every night, tags them by trade, territory, and timing, and delivers them before they turn into a bidding war.
No shared-lead marketplaces. No 12-month lock-ins. No dead numbers bought four times over.
Pick the signal that matches your business. Each feed starts from a real public filing — work, authority, or a license that already exists.

Stop paying for dead numbers. Start with work that already exists.
Contractors tell the same story in review after review: expensive leads that turn out to be wrong numbers, the same homeowner sold to three, four, or five companies at once, and contracts that are hard to leave when the leads don’t perform.
Permit Central works the opposite way. A building permit is a real filing by a real property owner, in a specific trade, at a specific address. We pull Arizona’s feeds nightly — 3,304 permits in the last 30 days across Maricopa County, Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Peoria, and Tempe in our current engine pull — tag each one by trade and ZIP, and email you only the ones you can act on.
You hear about the job when it’s filed, not when it’s crowded. Permits aren’t sold as a footrace, and there’s no bid board to babysit — one 7 AM email.

Licensed, verified — and often invisible under their own name.
A professional license is a public record with the same signal as a permit: someone qualified, in a specific city, at a specific moment in their career. Lead Central’s Licensee Directory tracks Arizona licensees across the state’s licensing boards — starting with behavioral health (counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists) and psychologists, then medical, nursing, and allied-health boards in waves.
Every record is verified by hand against the board’s own listing, then classified honestly: already running a practice of their own, part of a larger organization, or — the group we serve first — licensed with no private practice under their own name yet.
For that group, the offer isn’t a lead list. It’s a digital footprint they own, built by Blair Digital Studios: a website under their name, a Google profile clients can find, online booking, and follow-up that answers an inquiry while they’re in session.

The city already told them to fix it. Be the crew that shows up.
A code-violation case is the strongest forced-spending signal in local services. When a city opens a case — tall weeds and overgrowth, junk and debris in the yard, a dead landscape, an inoperable vehicle, unpermitted construction, an unsafe structure — the owner isn’t browsing. They have a compliance deadline, and the work has to get done whether they planned it or not.
Code Enforcement Leads pulls the cities’ own case files every night, the same engine pattern as Permit Central: public record in, a short usable list out. Every case is keyed by city, county, violation type, and the date the case opened, tagged with the exact code section the city cited, and delivered in the 7 AM email — no portal to log into, no list to babysit.
It’s built for the crews who fix what cities cite: yard cleanup and landscaping crews, junk removal and hauling, handymen and remodelers, property managers, and real-estate investors who watch distressed properties. Pick your cities, pick your violation types, pick your date range — you get only the cases that match the work you sell.
The same pattern — public filing, tagged nightly, delivered first — applied to new signals. These are roadmap items only: not live products, no pricing, no sign-ups yet.
Court and county filings that surface properties — and owners — in motion.
Fresh entity filings: new businesses that need everything, on day one.
Upcoming renewals and expirations across the trades and professions we already track.
